A serial number is a unique license number allocated to your Turbosoft software. You may be asked to provide this number when requesting support from Turbosoft.
Trial versions of Turbosoft software do not generally have serial numbers.
Simply enter 'DEMO' in place of a serial number when communicating with Turbosoft's support team. Evaluation copies of Turbosoft software are entitled to support.
To find your serial number for TTerm Connect follow these steps:
- Login to the Administrator Portal
- Navigate to the Server License page
- In the Server License panel copy the contents of the Serial Number field.
