The software does not collect any personal information. In other words, we do not collect information such as your name, address, phone number or email address.
In certain situations when support assistance is requested users may be asked to change a setting within the software to enable a data 'capture', analogous to a 'crash report'. When performing a capture users will be asked to confirm that they wish to send data to Turbosoft on each and every occasion that data is sent. This data contains records of any host communication initiated through our software and is used solely to assist in resolving any issues you have reported. This data is not used for any other purpose.

No ad companies collect data through our service. We do not allow advertising companies to collect data through our service for ad targeting.
We may keep data indefinitely. Any data collected as part of customer requested support services may be kept indefinitely.
