This error code will display on the Desktop Client login page. It indicates that the client was unable to retrieve configuration information related to LDAP/Active Directory.

In such circumstances user login will still be possible using local account credentials.

To resolve this issue, first confirm that the LDAP/Active Directory server is online.

Additionally, an administrator should login to the TTerm Connect Administration Portal and navigate to the server configuration page. On the LDAP/Active Directory tab, in the section labelled Connection Settings, check that the login details for the LDAP/Active Directory server are correct by clicking or tapping the Test Connection Settings button.
