These error codes will display on the Desktop Client login page. They indicate that the Desktop Client was unable to retrieve system information from the TTerm Connect server.
This error will prevent end user login.
An administrator should login to the TTerm Connect Administration Portal and confirm that emulation services are running.
Also, confirm that the Desktop Client can connect to the TTerm Connect server using port 8080 or the alternate port defined in the server configuration.
