What is an IRF?

An IRF (Incident Report Form) is basically a reference to your problem/issue. If you have a problem that cannot be solved "on the spot" by a Turbosoft Representative, or you have a problem that needs to be looked into further, that representative will create an IRF, which includes your details, IRF number, Support Representative and any other information relevant to the IRF. The IRF is then added to our database.
