TTWeb FAQ
The client side TTWeb install freezes during the file transfer, the client is running Internet Explorer 4.
This indicates that the web server is trying to transfer a zero byte length file to the client, check the size of the files located in the TTWFiles folder of the web server and if any are zero byte length then contact Turbosoft Support for details on how to resolve this. This does not effect Internet Explorer 5 and greater.
