Which web browser does TTWeb work with?

The client is getting the error ':Error in downloading or missing file: TTWFiles/ttweb.lst'

The client is getting the error ':Error in downloading or missing file: TTWFiles/vt220.dll' or the emulation dll referenced in the TWC file used.
